Symptomotology. From the beginning of our brain injury advocacy, I have been struck by the paradox of the numerous miracles in coma cases, and the countless tragedies in the non-coma cases. The irony is that as time passes, the severity and symptomotology of these two very different conditions during their acute stages, become remarkably similar in the challenges that face the survivor and the survivors family and friends. The third major area of focus thus is an much more detailed treatment of the symptomotology of brain injury, including what we find to be those most pervasive problems of fatigue, memory problems, multi-attending problems and depression.
Our new webpage, http://subtlebraininjury.com has a detailed treatment of symptomatology of non-coma brain injuries at http://subtlebraininjury.com/symptoms.html.
The symptoms of severe brain injury are handled comprehensively at http://waiting.com.
